Shaun is something of a collector of guitars and may have any number at any given time but sticks to two for Dusty Knees shows. First, a Gibson J45, which is a round shouldered dreadnought, in Tobacco sunburst finsh.
He also enjoys using his K Yairi Rag 14F . This is a 1997 parlour type instrument which has been fitted with a Fishman Rare-Earth pickup.
Both are played through a Swiss made Schertler amp.
Amongst Shauns other instruments are a Gibson F25 parlour guitar, a Windsor Gem Supremus 18 fret tenor banjo and a 1977 Antonio Lopez Martin concert classical.
